However, had your initial email been more clear then I wouldn't have needed to make the call in the first place and I wouldn't be using more of my time giving you feedback. But it might be worth mentioning during training that should a customer state that they prefer to pay quarterly then that is their choice and when they say 'no' several times during the call they are clear with that choice. On a good note, the agent was polite and courteous throughout (which is reason for the 2 stars). Nontheless, I do now know that we could buy new shoes or spoil our granchildren with the money we would save should we take that option which has to be a bonus. Instead of my question being answered I heard all the reasons why we should use direct debit as a payment option and came away more confused that when I started. As it was I spent an hour of my valuable time waiting to discuss tariffs with a member of your customer service team with one question in mind.

It would be nice to leave this dreadful company but because of what is going on we cannot. The Company is to blame for this and refuse to acknoweledge Customer neglect.
